Terms of Acquisition Applicability These Terms and Conditions govern the procurement of wigs, hairpieces, and related products. By proceeding with an order, you consent to adhere to these stipulations.
Merchandise The merchandise comprises custom-made, handcrafted wigs and hairpieces tailored to meet the unique specifications of each client. During the preliminary consultation, an order will be formulated, encapsulating all pertinent information deliberated and consented upon. It is imperative that you meticulously scrutinize the order before committing to the fabrication process, and refrain from modifying the order once it has been validated and the production process has commenced.
The order encompasses the price and particulars of the wig or hairpiece's construction, including the foundation, attachments, density, style, and hair samples for coloration. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a cancellation fee of £100 will be imposed.
D & Co Group Ltd disclaims responsibility for the manner in which you utilize the product(s) procured from our website once they have departed from our office or warehouse. Certain images may serve as mere references, and the received product may deviate from the displayed item. Consult item descriptions for the most up-to-date product specifications.
Price and Payment The cost of our wigs and hairpieces will be quoted during the consultation or specified upon website purchase. Our website provides information on basic costs; any deviations from the listed prices may result from hair expenses, specialist requirements in the foundation, double knotting, shadow root, and specialist hair necessities. Hair prices may vary slightly depending on length and color.
Custom lace front wigs necessitate a 50% deposit of the total price to secure your order for a customized wig or hairpiece. This payment must be made via cash, cheque, or bank transfer. Upon clearance and confirmation of the deposit by Daisy Gibb, production will commence. All deposits are non-refundable.
The outstanding payment must be made upon receipt of your online purchase or completion of a custom-made wig or hairpiece. The final payment can be made via cash or bank transfer. If paying by cheque, funds must clear prior to wig collection.
Withdrawal and Cancellation Cancellations at any stage during the production process will render you liable for the full cost of the wig or hairpiece.
Quality Upon receipt, your wig or hairpiece will:
Comply in all material aspects with the order confirmation;
Be of exceptional quality;
Be suitable for any purpose recommended by D & Co Group LTD;
Be devoid of material defects in design, material, and workmanship.
Owing to the nature of these products, D & Co Group Ltd does not guarantee longevity. An aftercare manual will be emailed to customers, providing guidance on how to maintain and maximize the lifespan of their purchase.
D & Co Group Ltd is not liable for:
Wear and tear
Unrecommended use of your wig
Failure to adhere to proper aftercare and guidance (including washing and styling)
Modifications made by yourself or anyone other than D & Co Group Ltd
Misuse of heated products, styling products, coloring, or cutting
D & Co Group Ltd offers repair and maintenance services to ensure the appropriate care and preservation of your wig or hairpiece, as detailed on our website.
Return Policy: All other products (excluding bespoke wigs and hairpieces) are subject to a 14-day return policy, provided that the lace on the wig has not been cut, all tabs remain intact, and the product has not been used. General services rendered by D & Co Group Ltd are non-refundable.
Appointment T & C’s
- Consultations are required for all hair extension methods at least 24 hour before appointment to ensure we have availability and stock.
- Payments can be paid cash or card machine in the studio - custom hair pieces will be sent an invoice after appointment.
- Bookings can be made via ur appointed booking app through our social medias or website. Alternatively through the business mobile WhatsApp (don’t forget to include information of your hair currently, a description of what you would like and photos for reference)
