No, ensuring you have the correct method suitable for your hair type & you are following the correct aftercare - hair extensions should not be damaging your hair or scalp.

Can I Swim and Go on Vacation with Hair Extensions?

Yes, you can swim and go on vacation with hair extensions. However, we suggest using older extensions or coating your hair in conditioner to protect it from sea salt water and becoming dry and discoloured. All hair extensions should not be in contact with chlorine as this will cause dryness, damage, and discoloration.

Is It Possible to Colour My Hair with Hair Extensions In?

Yes, you can color your natural hair while wearing hair extensions. Hair professionals can apply color or highlights around the extensions during maintenance appointments as needed.

Can I Use Regular Shampoo on My Hair Extensions?

We recommend using shampoos and conditioners specifically designed for hair extensions. These products are formulated to treat and moisturize extensions, which are often dyed with fabric dyes.

Is a Meche-Integration Suitable for My Hair Loss?

The Meche-Integration system is designed for clients experiencing at least 40% hair loss. It covers affected areas and allows hair to grow underneath. Alternatively, we can custom-make a wig for you.

How long should my hair extensions be lasting?

This depends on what hair you invest in on your first appointment. Providing you follow the correct aftercare advised, your hair extensions should last 10-12 months & closures you will go between 2-3 a year.

How often do I need Maintenance?

This all depends on the method and the clients hair. Generally speaking around 6-8 weeks for hair extensions with clients with straight hair, 8-10 weeks for clients with curly hair such as afro curls & 8 weeks for meche-intergration with a free tighten at 4 weeks.

How long will a custom made wig take to be made?

All lace front custom pieces take 3-4 weeks to be created & full lace takes 4-5 weeks.

Can you return any of your pieces & what is your return policy for your custom made hair pieces?

Do you only make custom wigs?

No, we can create wigs, hair extensions, closures and custom made orders. Please send us am enquiry on any custom orders.

How long should my wig last?

Generally speaking, we say one piece should last you a year; this is providing you are following our correct aftercare and you are not sleeping with your pieces on. Throughout the year we offer maintenance services to ensure 12 months +
